Mitul Luhar is one of our associate professors in aerospace/mechanical/civil/environmental engineering. He is invited by the National Academy of Engineering to write an article. He discusses about the Los Angeles River and how it can be transformed from a concrete channel into a natural habitat. Professor Luhar explains, “This ambitious project serves as a benchmark for making our infrastructure multi-purpose and climate resilient.”
