Professors Egolfopoulos and Ronney Elected Fellows of the Combustion Institute

The Combustion Institute (CI) Fellows program recognizes distinguished CI members who have made outstanding contributions to the combustion field. Two Department of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering (AME) Professors were elected to the 2018 Class of Fellows: Fokion Egolfopoulos, for his groundbreaking research on the fundamentals of physical and chemical processes in flames, and Paul Ronney, for his exceptional research on near-limit flames and micro-scale combustion.
