Charles Radovich, associate professor of aerospace and mechanical engineering practice at USC Viterbi School of Engineering, has been awarded the 2021 USC Faculty Mentorship Award for faculty mentoring undergraduate students. Radovich is a natural teacher, motivator and leader, and began his mentorship at USC in 2002 as a teaching assistant. Among other things, he is current faculty advisor to the USC AeroDesign Team and USC Advanced Spacecraft Propulsion and Energy Laboratory, and instructor for senior projects course AME 441, where students see an idea through from problem to prototype over a semester.
