Smith International Professor of Mechanical Engineering Satyandra (SK) Gupta has received the 2021 ASME Design Automation Award for his pioneering contributions to computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing areas. This prestigious award from ASME (The American Society of Mechanical Engineers) recognizes sustained meritorious contribution to research in design automation. Congrats Professor Gupta!
