Professor Yan Jin and doctoral candidate Zijian Zhang received the 2021 ASME Design Theory and Methodology Best Paper Award for their paper “Toward Computer Aided Visual Analogy Support: Augmenting Designers Through Deep Learning.” The paper was presented at the virtual International Design Engineering Technical Conferences & Computers and Information in Engineering Conference on August 18th.
